Description
The Township of Spallumcheen has compiled asset data in GIS format, but currently does not have a complete system in place to house, maintain, or update the information. The Township will install a system to consolidate GIS data, manage data in the office, visualize important asset management information, and share that information within the organization.This project will meet these objectives through the implementation of a GIS. The GIS will be used to set up standards for data collection, data management, and mapping. Staff will be trained in best practices to manage this information moving forward.
