Description
In order to improve its asset data and capacity in asset management, the Town of Carstairs will undertake the completion of a corporate asset management policy and maturity assessment report, GIS data improvements, the development of data collection protocols, and asset management training workshops. The development of a holistic asset management program requires an understanding of the townorganizational gaps, improved data collection methods, and an organization-wide understanding of its asset management priorities. This new capacity will ensure that the town is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
