Description
These projects are designed to improve the Town of Hearst’s asset management data as well as its overallorganizational competency in asset management. With this new capacity the town will be able to makebetter informed infrastructure investment and management decisions. The development of a holistic assetmanagement program requires several key steps including the development of a strategic assetmanagement policy, improved management of assets through integrated asset management softwaresystems, and reliable and improved asset data. The proposed projects will aid in the implementation of acomprehensive and sustainable asset management program in Hearst now and into the future.
