Description
An assessment will be done on some of the Town's facilities in order to get a better understanding of thecondition of the major components as well as the facility as a whole. Long-term capitalrehabilitation/replacements plans and annual maintenance schedules will also be created to help staffbudget for the short and long-term. In addition Accessibility assessments will also be completed to ensurethe Town is in compliance to all legislation and regulations.
