Description
The Town of Parry Sound will undertake the development of a risk, lifecycle and levels of service framework, as well as participate in asset management training. The development of these frameworks will allow us to gain an advanced understanding of our assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, this greater understanding and more holistic picture of asset performance paired with the asset management training will entrench asset management practices across the organization. Finally, the frameworks will be critical in the development of future asset management plans and ensure alignment with provincial regulations.
