Description
The Asset Management Initiatives Project consists of two initiatives: the enhancement senior management staff’s knowledge in Asset Management through external training, and the collection of valuable data on the municipality's largest capital asset - their road systems - through a Rural Roads Study. The study will include traffic analysis/counts, a road inventory, road condition assessments, and some preliminary engineering.
