Description
Through this project, the Rural Municipality of Oakview will develop a consolidated Asset Management Framework that will include Asset Management Policy, Strategy, Roadmap, and Plan to inform Municipality’s infrastructure investment decisions. This framework will draw upon centralized asset data. Additionally, the Municipality will provide training to staff on appropriate principles for program execution.
