Description
The purpose of the project is to develop of two asset management plans for the RM of Great Bend for Transportation, and Buildings & Equipment assets. This project will involve training municipal staff about levels of service, risk, and life cycle costs associated with providing various services. These first asset management plans will support Council decision-making to ensure the rural municipality works towards long-term sustainability of services for the community.
