Description
Town of Gull Lake will build a clear and consistent understanding of what their risks are, by addressing gaps in data and information that are ‘blind spots’ within their asset management program. The Town of Gull will be addressing the Data and Information core component. This project seeks to provide an asset risk management plan for the long-term capital infrastructure plan specifically focused on risk exposure on revenue streams. Strategic risks this project seeks to address include the possibility of reduced revenue through economic and social impacts due to COVID19 and potential for increases in service demands that impact budget decision-making considerations.
