Description
Through this project, the County of Newell will undertake a Road Condition Study. The study will includeassessments on all gravel roads within the County to determine useful life, quality, and effectiveness of maintenance activities. The study findings will be reviewed and applied to the County of Newell's Asset Management Practices. They will also contribute to the 10-year Capital Budget in terms of gravel road renewal activities, determining maintenance activities moving forward to achieve best life-cycle cost.
