Description
As the Township of Papineau-Cameron works towards fulfilling provincial requirements, it will develop an asset management policy and an updated plan, condition assessment protocols, as well as implement asset management software and undertake training. These activities will assist the Township in identifying staff roles and responsibilities, as well as improve its reporting and forecasting abilities with the software module. Further, the asset management training will assist overall staff knowledge in asset management and ensure buy-in of the Township program. This new capacity will ensure that the Township is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
