Description
Municipal staff members from the Town of Hampton will be participating in asset management workshopsas part of training for this project. The three workshops that will be provided to Town staff include:• Asset Management 101 – Basics of Asset Management• Asset Management 201 – Balancing Risk and Levels of Service• Asset Management 202 – Managing Assets for a Sustainable Future in Our Changing ClimateThese workshops provide Town staff with an opportunity to increase their knowledge and fundamentals inmanaging and assessing infrastructure. The newly gained tools and practices will allow the municipality tomake informed decisions for the community. The workshops will conducted using virtual and in-personmethods due to existing COVID-19 restrictions.
