Description
This project will encompass the creation of a Capital Asset Management Plan for the infrastructure of theVillage of Petitcodiac. It will consist of the review of existing PSAB 3150 infrastructure data in themunicipality and data gaps will be addressed through review of record drawings and field data collection.Asset condition will be established through a combination of visual inspection (roads, sewer, facilities) andage based methods. The compiled information will allow the prioritization of assets based on the level ofservice with regards to the performance of each asset as well as the creation of a capital investmentstrategy. Finally, the gathered information will be placed in a decision-making document to be frequentlyreferenced, revised and updated.
