Description
The Village of Masset will develop an asset management plan that will document key assets and management practices. It will be based on existing information, interviews with staff, and additional information gathered through two condition assessments that will be completed in this scope: airfield pavement and street pavement.The asset management plan will include developing the following: direction-setting; levels of service; state of assets; lifecycle planning; financial outlook; improvement planning. The Village will also document relevant existing practices and processes and identify future opportunities for documentation to enable knowledge transfer from long-term staff to current and future team members.
