Description
The Town of Renfrew will complete a municipal Asset Management (AM) plan update to include current levels of service, desired levels of service, lifecycle strategies and risk management strategies for core municipal assets, considering growth and climate change impacts. Core assets include water, wastewater, storm water, road and bridge assets. A financial strategy will be prepared to determine the affordability and funding approach. Asset GIS databases will be updated with non-core assets previously excluded. Training will be provided to Council and staff on risk and level of service for core assets in a workshop setting to develop local expertise.
