Description
The District of Logan Lake has worked to continually advance their overall Asset Management (AM)Planning throughout all asset groups since 2015. These efforts have seen the development of broad reaching policies and tools to assist and guide the long-term planning of assets. The District proposes to begin focusing on asset groups and advancing their individual AM Plans to fully detailed long-term planning and management systems.Starting with Water, the District proposes to produce a detailed guidance plan including system overview, its relation to the existing AM Policy and Strategy, risk assessment, renewal planning, investment needs, capital planning, ties to financial planning, levels of service, expansion planning, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) costs and responsibilities, budgets, records management, and a framework of roles for staff and council.
