Description
The Town of Burgeo will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 of the initiative willinclude creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up a geographical informationsystem (GIS). Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of consequence of failureand probability of failure. Phase 3 will include capital and policy planning and will end with a workshop forboth Council and staff.
