Description
The Municipality of Bluewater's "Municipality of Bluewater_Facilities Condition Assessments" project will help the municipality meet O. Reg 588/17 requirements by conducting assessments on the non-core asset class of buildings. This will involve conducting condition assessments on its complete facilities asset class; verifying that the Municipality’s TCA register is complete for the facilities/buildings asset class; and updating lifecycle costing on all facilities to inform development of capital financing/replacement plan.
