Description
Through this project, the Town of Banff will select an Asset Management software, create an asset management plan, and train staff on asset management principles. This project will allow the Town of Banff to establish an Asset Management Strategy and Policy, and help them to select a software that will eventually enable them to link their financial and payroll software to the asset management information, consolidate inventory and improve asset records.The implementation of this project will necessitate the involvement of the Town's IT, Finance, Engineering and Operations Support Services departments. The Town of Banff will benefit overall from this project by making better informed asset management decisions.
