Description
The Village of Earl Grey will inspect and assess its infrastructure assets, including water and sanitary networks, transportation network, and recreational facilities in order to compile an inventory data report detailing the age, condition, costs and expected service life of each asset. A risk assessment will be completed that will assist in the prioritization of subsequent activities and inform decision-making. The Village will create an Asset Management Plan which will include the state of the current infrastructure, objectives of the community, expenditure levels for planning along with recommended ongoing investment levels to maintain the infrastructure in a stable state and a summary of the observed state of asset management within the community and recommendations for improvement initiatives to support a more sustainable management of the community infrastructure.
