Description
The Rural Municipality of Frenchman Butte No. 501 seeks to create a comprehensive Asset Management Plan based on previous work. The Rural Municipality will update its plan based on existing data, develop and implement AM training, and develop a 10-year Capital Plan based on an existing 5-year Capital Plan. In doing so, the community formalizes the process, creates a comprehensive manual, and becomes well prepared to operationalize asset management into its day-to-day routines.
