Description
The Village of Point Edward will develop an Asset Management Plan and implement CityWide Asset Manager/GIS Viewer software. The AM Plan development and implementation of software will allow the municipality to gain an advanced understanding of our assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The development of the AM Plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of the AM program.Further, the implementation of the asset management software will be a critical piece in continuing to advance the asset data and have more involvement from staff across the organization in asset planning. These activities will advance the AM program and result in long-term cost saving.
