Description
In order to build its capacity in asset management, the Town of Nanton will complete a strategic asset management policy, maturity assessment report, data work, GIS implementation, training workshops, and data collection protocols. These projects will assist in identifying the Town’s program gaps, improve its data collection methods and overall data picture for the municipality, as well as provide an improved understanding of the Town’s asset management program and general asset management concepts and tools. This new capacity will ensure that the Town is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
