Description
The Town of Claresholm has recognized gaps in its current asset management processes. The main activities it will complete in this project include:• Setting up an Asset Management Framework including an Asset Management Policy, Strategy, Roadmap, and Plan focusing on road, water & sewer networks, and building asset classes;• Centralizing asset information in a central database focusing on road, water & sewer networks, and building asset classes; and• Training staff to improve in-house asset management capacity.These activities will ensure that the Town has a solid foundation for asset management and a clear direction for the foreseeable future.
