Description
As part of the Municipal Asset Management Planning project, the Township of Carlow/Mayo will complete the following:1. Road Needs Study;2. Preliminary Buildings and Facilities Review;3. Vehicle, Machinery and Equipment Assessment;4. Preparation of a Strategic Asset Management Policy;5. Preparation of Asset Management Plan for all asset categories (Roads, Bridges and Large Culverts, Solid Waste, Buildings/Facilities/Land Improvements, and Vehicles/Machinery/Equipment).The municipality will develop a detailed database of its significant municipal assets and financial summary of the assets with recommendations for asset upgrades, maintenance and replacement. The municipality will also develop a Strategic Asset Management Policy and Asset Management Plan, in accordance with the requirements of Ontario Regulation 588/17.
