Description
The City of Pembroke will contract LAS Roads Assessment Service to diagnose its roadway and sidewalk defects efficiently and effectively using rapid-sensor inspection technology collecting pavement related data while traveling with road or pedestrian traffic. The City of Pembroke will ensure that the roadway and sidewalk asset data collected is entered in a web-based GIS data management system that provides visual tools and methods to help decision-making for roadway management. The City will use the sidewalk interface for hazard monitoring in accordance with Ontario Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways Reg. 239/02 and compliance with Integrated Accessibility Standards Reg. 413/12.
