Description
The Town of Wembley will develop an Asset Management Plan and an Asset Management Policy. It will also create an inventory of current assets and conduct condition assessment of existing infrastructure assets.Development of an Asset Management Policy will establish organizational goals in improving asset management for the Town. This will provide the line of sight and help drive asset management practices at the Town. Determining the state/condition of existing assets will provide the Town critical information in managing their existing assets. This information will help determine risk of existing assets and help provide the information needed for longer term and operational and maintenance planning, as well as financial planning.
