Description
The Village of Cambridge-Narrows will establish a formal Asset Management Plan. The Village will also
develop a council Asset Management Policy, a complete asset inventory, condition and risk assessment, a
high-level climate vulnerability assessment, and a long-term financial plan. The project will review all
municipal assets (land assets, buildings, wharves, equipment, vehicles, and roads) to estimate remaining
life and current replacement costs. A workshop will be held with Council to identify priority services and
municipal goals to develop policy objectives that align with strategic priorities. This plan will provide the
Village with the information and policy needed to manage assets for long-term financial sustainability and
future climate change and meet the community vision.
