Description
These projects are designed to improve our asset management data as well as our overall organizationalcompetency in asset management. With this new capacity we will be able to make better informedinfrastructure investment and management decisions. The development of a holistic asset managementprogram requires several key steps including proper asset condition ratings through condition assessmentprotocols, improved asset data, lifecycle framework development, and risk and criticality modeling. Theproposed projects will aide in the implementation of a comprehensive and sustainable asset managementprogram in North Grenville now and into the future.
