Description
The purpose of this project is to develop a regional facility in support of the sport, wellness & recreation goals of the community and provide a new location for indoor amateur sporting activities and the Storm Water Management Project is critical to the development of the field house at this site. The new storm water management approach proposed with the field house project has been developed to both control water run off on the site and provide a green park space as part of the development. It has been adapted to ensure that the capacity of the site can handle the peak rain events and even higher sea levels by developing increased capacity and then slow dispersion from the site over time.
