Description
The Town of Quispamsis will develop and implement a comprehensive asset management plan. The Townwill develop an accurate asset inventory that will be used to create asset condition and performance ratings.Council and staff engagement will be central to developing service level and needs for the community andan appropriate Risk Management Plan will be developed. The Town will also develop a long-term financialplan to manage its assets. The ultimate goal is to enable the town to make the best possible decisionsregarding the building, operating, maintaining, renewing, replacing and disposing of infrastructure assets. The project will cover the following assets: potable water distribution and treatment; wastewater collectionand treatment; facilities; stormwater (culverts, conduits and leads, and retention ponds); transportation(sidewalks, roadways, traffic control and guiderails).
