Description
The purpose of this project is to develop an effective AM Program that builds on the Township's 2013 AMPincluding updating of the 2013 AMP, developing a Strategic Asset Management Policy, and providingtraining on AM to staff and elected officials.Determining the Township’s current levels of service for asset categories (with cost estimates) and theproposed levels of service for asset categories (with cost estimates) will also be critical in defining prioritiesand determining how the Township will address any potential funding shortfalls.The development of an AM Program will assist staff and elected officials to better understand theTownship's infrastructure needs and how to best address challenges posed by aging infrastructure andincreasing renewal pressures. An AM Program involves annual implementation and monitoring which isimportant for analyzing the Township's progress as it relates to its AM goals and objectives.
