Description
The Town is conducting an LCMS (Laser Crack Measurement System) assessment of current road
condition to develop a preventative maintenance and rehabilitation plan to extend the current useful life of
asphalt road surfaces and help direct future capital planning. This project will provide the town with non subjective data to help develop a regimented repair/maintenance plan as well as update the road
condition values in our asset management program. This improved maintenance action plan will prevent
the town from spending significant funds on unnecessary premature road resurfacing.
