Description
As it works towards fulfilling provincial requirements, the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards will undertake the development of an asset management policy and data collection tools, as well as complete an asset management maturity assessment, and asset management training. These activities will assist the Township with identifying its overall organization gaps in asset management and having better outlined roles and responsibilities via its asset management policy. This new capacity will ensure that the Township is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
