Description
Salisbury will improve the Asset Management Plan by assessing the gap between target levels and currentservice levels and establishing target service levels and performance measures. The Village will also revisethe plan to include the impact of climate change while expanding inventory data by compiling and enteringthe information into the inventory tools (GIS and Excel tools). Salisbury will also summarizerecommendations from the climate change vulnerability assessment, and identify adaptation or mitigationmeasures for high-risk assets. The village will perform a life cycle analysis to determine the detailedinvestment requirements of the assets and will also develop a strategy to manage the financial gaps basedon the findings of current service levels versus target service levels. Finally, Salisbury will generate a 5 anda 10-year spending plans based on asset priorities and future projects. The spending plan will be presentedin a summary document to be frequently referenced and utilized during the annual budgeting.
