Description
Through this project, the Town of Petrolia will Develop an Asset Management Policy, document processes and create working tools to link long term strategic financial planning to annual budgeting process. The Town will also engage in knowledge sharing amongst several municipalities working in a coalition with Petrolia, and conduct condition assessment for its sewer mains.
