Description
The Town of Gander will develop an Asset Management (AM) Plan in identifying the status of existingassets, determine areas for improvement, identify roles/responsibilities, develop mandates and AM plantemplates, and use this information to educate staff and Council the process of incorporating an AMprogram. Developing mandates and guidelines that will meet the data requirements will ensure critical datais captured and used to best manage assets, including fleet, buildings/facilities, roads, andwater/wastewater/storm systems. This data will be used in forecasting future expenditures and isanticipated that it will guide the Town to quickly advance in its AM Planning.
