Description
The Town of Aurora will develop an Asset Management (AM) plan that is compliant with O. Reg 588/17 (2025) requirements focusing on proposed levels of service frameworks. The AM plan development will allow the town to gain an advanced understanding of the town’s assets (roads; water, wastewater & stormwater; facilities; fleet; land, parkland & land improvements; bridges & culverts; and machinery & equipment), their performance, and effectively plan for future maintenance. The plans will assist in the Town’s budgeting process. The development of the AM plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing our overall understanding of our AM program.
