Description
Riverview has invested millions of dollars in public infrastructure and is now challenged with aging assets that demand substantial maintenance, renewal and replacement at a time of competing needs and budgetary constraints. This requires a well-structured, coordinated and appropriately scaled AssetManagement Program that should be progressively implemented over time. Specific goals of this projectare (i) Understand and set the desired level of service (LOS) (ii) Establish and document the state of theinfrastructure in terms of the LOS (iii) Develop an Asset Management Strategy and (iv) Develop aFinancial Strategy.
