Description
Develop and complete inventory of the municipality's major assets including linear assets (roads, water distribution network, sanitary network, and storm network) and structures (water treatment plant and buildings). Linear assets will be captured and set up in a GIS system. The data will be imported in a spreadsheet based template so that Preliminary State of Infrastructure Reports are generated for each asset group showing life expectancy, condition and replacement costs. Condition assessment will mainly be based on age. Road condition assessment will be done by visual on site assessment.
