Description
The Municipality of Wawa will improve its asset management planning capabilities allowing it to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the state of its infrastructure. The Municipality will establish the foundation for advanced decision-making processes and determine the long-term linkages between asset performance and investment. The Municipality will establish the deterioration rates of different asset classes including roads, water, wastewater, storm water, and bridges/culverts. The Municipality will implement a software system that will assist in updating our asset management plan and with long-term planning.
