Description
The Village of Queen Charlotte will compile data of its water/sewer lines, pump stations, treatment and intake plants, and reservoir assets using available and relevant digital and paper records into a GIS platform. The Village will also conduct CCTV inspection of the sanitary collection system and ROV inspection of both reservoirs and add this information to its GIS platform. The Village will call upon the following sources of information; available digital and scanned paper records drawings, survey and GPS records, condition inspection reports, operations staff experience and field inspections. The Village will obtain a summary of its assets, a financial expenditure evaluation and a GIS database that will improve thestaff’s ability to make future decision regarding asset management.
