Description
The Town of High River will purchase and implement an asset management system in distinct phases. First, the town will conduct interview with like-sized municipalities in the region that have recently purchased a system to find lessons learned. Second, the town will conduct a needs assessment internally to find what functionality and priorities different departments have. Next tender, demo, evaluate and purchase a system. Then, the Town of high River will populate the new system with existing data, and lastly, train the users on the new system.
