The Town of Amherstburg will undertake the development of risk, lifecycle and levels of service frameworks, and undergo data enhancements. The development of these frameworks will allow the Townto gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, this greater understanding and more holistic picture of asset performance paired with data enhancements will be crucial in the long-term planning processes. Finally, he frameworks will be critical in the development of future Asset Management Plans and ensure alignment with provincial regulations.
