Description
The Village of Dorintosh will take existing Asset Management attempts and bolster it with a legitimate Asset Management Plan and prioritize it into regular Village activities to gain an enhanced understanding. This involves identifying asset priorities of the Village, lay out a framework, integrate policies, train/educate staff and Council on the importance of Asset Management. The Village will form an official Asset ManagementCommittee to inform council decisions, develop and implement useful policies and procedures, levels of service for assets, risk management and life cycle costs that come along with Village services.
