Description
The Village of Montrose will implement an asset management initiative in three phases. Phase 1 includes creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing a geographical information system as far as possible. Phase 2 includes prioritizing asset register in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure. Phase 3 includes incorporating Phase 1 and Phase 2 data into current capital and operational planning procedures. The scope of this project is Phase 1 and Phase 2, and will include a feasibility and recommendations report on moving forward with Phase 3.
