Description
In order to continue the asset management work the City of Pickering have been completing, Pickering will undertake the development of both a strategic asset management policy that adheres to O.Reg 588 requirements, a data governance policy, and an asset management audit to ensure that the City program does not have any gaps. Further, the City will complete data work on its facilities and undertake training. This new capacity will allow the city to further identify any gaps in the program, solidify roles and responsibilities with the organization, and improve its data.
