Description
The Rural municipality of Victoria has an Asset Management Plan (AMP) for machinery and equipment asset and plans to develop AMP for other assets categories such as water plants, roads and culverts, and buildings, in order to improve decision-making processes. Consequently, the municipality will provide information based on sound decision demonstrating good stewardship of municipal infrastructure leadership for future government management. Then, the municipality will move forward with further developing Asset Management Policies and Procedures Manual to guide council in fact-based decision making regarding their assets in the future.
