Description
City of Kelowna has initiated the Corporate Asset Management Program; the objectives are as following:- Replace current Sustainable Municipal Infrastructure Policy with new Corporate Asset Management Program Policy, - Develop Asset Management framework/strategy,- Establish Executive sponsorship and stewardship structure by formulating a Steering Committee consisting of senior leadership and establishing an asset management governance representing all asset types,- Conduct Asset Management Assessment including data collection and condition assessment requirements.This Policy, Strategy/Framework and Asset Management Assessment work will provide guidance to the organization in the areas of asset management and will support the implementation of a planned $1.5 million investment in Asset Management Software.
