Description
The Township of White River will work with partners from the region to further develop a comprehensive asset management system and program that not only adheres to or exceeds current legislation but also creates a tool to guide current and future administration and Council in decisions that affect municipal assets. The Township will develop processes and strategies to manage assets according to the strategic asset management policy, develop a comprehensive inventory of assets (roads, water, wastewater, storm water, vehicles/equipment), and complete an analysis of all available condition and performance indicators for core assets (roads, water, wastewater, storm water). The Township will also implement a software system that will assist in updating our asset management plan and with long-term planning.
